When an injection mold is damaged during active production, speed and technical reliability matter. NOVA Surface supports moldmaking, maintenance and production teams directly at customer facilities. Service assignments are available throughout Germany and Europe, as well as in North America through NOVA Surface North America.

Planned in advance to minimize production downtime
Before an on-site assignment, we review photos, drawings, mold data and a brief description of the damage. This allows us to assess the scope, required equipment and expected workflow realistically. We arrange a secure transfer method for confidential CAD data.
For more extensive damage, we explain clearly which work can be completed on site and when processing at our Viersen facility is the better technical option. Customers receive a well-founded technical recommendation rather than a blanket promise. A direct contact is available for time-critical cases.
